TEDCO Pre is naturally sweetened and flavored, and contains zero artificial ingredients.
To gauge initial tolerance, start with mixing 1/2 scoop with 10 - 12 ounces of water. Mix well and chug it down about 15 - 20 minutes prior to your workout. Then dominate.

Note: Due to the beta alanine (a super ingredient) you may feel a slight "tingly" sensation. This is completely normal and non-harmful.

Note: Due to the high volume of clinically dosed ingredients, you may notice some "clumping" of the product. This is completely normal and has zero impact on the effectiveness of the product. Simply break up the chunks, and chug it down.

Excellent product and fantastic service.

Best pre-workout, by far!

You can’t go wrong with either flavor, they’re both amazing. It won’t make you jittery and there’s no proprietary blend, so I know exactly what’s in there. This stuff is legit!

With 2 boys of my own it can be hard to squeeze time in for myself let alone have the energy to get after it. TEDCO Prework has been a great addition to my daily grind. Took a minute to get use to the taste and consistency. Highly recommend frequent shaking and having ice cubes or a shaker ball in your bottle. Huge fan of all the natural ingredients. I know exactly what I am putting in my body. Keep showing up 😎🤘🏻
